LA GRANDE BOUCHERIE MIAMI BEACH – Restaurant

The Miami Beach chapter of a New York brasserie, opened on Washington Avenue in January 2025: subway tile, mosaic floors, a garden courtyard, and the deliberate theatre of a Belle Époque dining room. The kitchen plays French classics straight — French onion soup, entrecôte grillée, roast chicken, soufflé Grand Marnier — with prime cuts and a long wine list behind them. It reads as a luxury steakhouse wearing a Parisian bistro's clothes, which is exactly the pitch. Guests single out the room as often as the food. Big, handsome, unapologetically theatrical.
