An Israeli-inspired kosher dairy cafe and bakery in Los Angeles, built for the long, unhurried breakfast. The classic shakshuka comes with sourdough focaccia, za'atar labneh, schug and a chopped Israeli salad on the side - the full Tel Aviv morning, more or less. Beyond it: bagels, quiches, salads, pizza, sandwiches and soup, with the bakery counter doing its own work. Dairy and parve throughout, under kosher supervision. Mediterranean cooking without the ceremony, from opening until the pastries run out.
