Landy's sits right on the water at the end of Aqua View Lane in Englewood, with a tiki bar, an outdoor deck and a sunset that does most of the marketing. Oysters and local catch drive the kitchen: domestic grouper blackened, broiled or fried; a flounder sandwich on a dusted Kaiser; jumbo shrimp battered and dropped; a proper seafood paella with mussels, calamari and chorizo built to order. Daily specials follow whatever came in. Diners keep returning for the combination of unhurried waterfront seats and seafood that clearly didn't travel far. Sunday starts with breakfast.
