Leaven pours a straightforward, well-made core range — the Cheeky Blonde, an oatmeal stout, the Irish red, and Swamp Cat when the double IPA is on — from concrete-topped bars in a room built for lingering. The kitchen keeps pace with a giant pretzel and beer cheese, queso blanco, savoury meatballs, a Cuban and a properly griddled grilled cheese.
