The Athens-and-Santorini group's first Florida room, planted on SE 3rd Avenue in downtown Delray and running late into the weekend. Charcoal and wood do most of the talking: whole grilled lavraki, octopus off the coals, lamb chops, wild-caught New Zealand langoustines. Saganaki arrives flaming, the watermelon-and-feta salad cools everything down, and there is a full sushi bar tucked into the operation for good measure. Prime steaks for the table that can't agree.
