Brisket and pulled pork anchor the board, burnt ends turn up when they turn up, and the Notorious P.I.G. is the sandwich people order without reading the rest. Two scratch sauces on the side, offered rather than hidden behind. Weekly specials keep regulars checking. It closes at eight, and the good stuff goes long before that.
