Weekend brunch is its own draw, anchored by a salmon benedict on ciabatta and a croque madame layered with Black Forest ham, Gruyere, and Mornay sauce under a poached egg. The bar leans into house-made syrups and unusual combinations for its cocktail list, plus $5 Bloody Marys and mimosas during brunch hours. It's first-come, first-served with no reservations, and it fills up because of it. Late-night hours and serious food in one room.
