Mesquite smoke does the talking at the Fort Myers Logan's Roadhouse on S. Cleveland Ave, where steaks go straight onto a wood-fired grill and the made-from-scratch yeast rolls keep coming out hot. The fall-off-the-bone ribs are the order most tables land on; hand-breaded chicken tenders, mesquite-grilled salmon and a full bar fill in around them. It is an American roadhouse with no pretension about it - big plates, fair prices, a room built for an unhurried weeknight dinner. Open daily until ten. Come for the steak, stay for another basket of rolls.
