Espresso is the headline - bourbon vanilla and salted caramel lattes, cold brew, matcha, Vietnamese iced coffee - but the counter cooks too: egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin with turkey bacon, breakfast burritos packed with crisp potatoes and scrambled egg, almond croissants, then salads and cold-cut sandwiches once the morning rush burns off.
