MACONDO COFFEE ROASTERS – American
Colombian coffee culture, transplanted whole to South Florida. Macondo has been roasting since 2015, a family-run operation sourcing from small farms across Colombia and roasting in small batches at its own South Florida facility before the beans ever reach a cafe counter. The rooms are made for lingering rather than grabbing: handcrafted espresso and filter alongside a proper kitchen turning out Latin-inspired breakfast, bowls, pizza, sandwiches and wraps, and a pastry case worth arriving early for. Regulars talk about the warmth of the staff as much as the coffee. Several Miami neighbourhoods now have one, and each fills up fast.
