Gelato with an Italian passport, scooped in Miami Beach. The range is broad - familiar nocciola and pistachio alongside less obvious ripples - and four of the flavours have taken international Taste Awards, the amarena cherry among them. Ask past the tubs and there are semifreddi: whole cakes, mini glasses, stecchi, tacos and small love cones, plus cakes made to order. The extras earn their keep too, with cones, tulip wafers, crepes, pancakes and waffles turned out hot at the counter, and a coffee list that runs well beyond espresso. Simple idea, done properly.
