MANGO RITAS – Restaurant

Mango Rita's Rhythm House on South Tamiami Trail is a live-music room with a proper kitchen behind it: tribute bands and national acts, karaoke, poker nights, car cruise-ins, NFL Sundays, and a menu long enough to eat from all week. Wings and buffalo shrimp to start, then tacos, a Philly cheesesteak, beef on weck, half-pound burgers, flatbreads, fish and chips, grouper and chicken parmesan. Coconut shrimp turns up twice, as a starter and as a basket. There is an ice cream counter too. Family-friendly by day, electric after dark.
