Rego Park's Georgian table, and it does not do things by halves. The signature adjaruli arrives as a bread boat filled with beef, mushrooms, tarragon and a sunny-side egg; around it come khinkali, fried pelmeni, lamb chops off the grill, eggplant rolled with walnuts and skewers of chicken thigh. It keeps a kosher kitchen, so the doors close Friday and Saturday. Diners talk about portions that defeat them and prices that do not. Loud, generous, and thoroughly the real thing.
