The baguettes are the point: thick, properly blistered crust, an airy open crumb, and priced so that buying one daily is a reasonable habit. Croissants and viennoiserie follow the same logic, built on French flour and Normandy butter. Sandwiches and pastries fill out the counter for the lunch trade. Open seven in the morning to eight at night, every day of the week.
