MARTIN'S – American
Martin's Steak & Lobster has held its corner of Duval Street since 1990, and the kitchen still does the thing that made its name: German technique dressed in Key West tropics. Beef Wellington runs as a daily special, wiener schnitzel and jagerschnitzel come out with spatzle, and the steak-and-lobster side of the menu does the heavy lifting for the dinner crowd. Tapas plates fill the early hours, and happy hour lands at four before service starts at six. Diners come back for the schnitzel as much as the setting.
