Mayami fills 8,500 square feet of open-air courtyard in the middle of Wynwood, and the evening runs on a schedule: dinner first, then the fire shows, DJs and dancing take the room. The kitchen plays Mexican against Asian without apology - aji amarillo shrimp ceviche, sushi tacos, crispy rice tuna tartare, alambre de filet mignon, short rib a la barbacoa, and a 32oz tomahawk flamed at the table.
