Two southside cafes, on Lake Mead Avenue and Etown Parkway, pour beans roasted in house, from an everyday house blend to rotating single origins for people who want to taste the difference. The hours are deliberately short: open at seven, done by early afternoon, closed Sundays. Order ahead and skip the line, or take a bag home. Subscriptions, brewing gear and wholesale all come off the same roast. A focused specialty coffee bar, not an all-day cafe.
