MIA BRUHAUS – Restaurant

Doral's brewery playground: fifty-odd taps of IPAs, lagers, ales, sours and stouts, a distillery side turning out house spirits, a big beer garden and a tasting room that fills fast at weekends. Unlike most taprooms, there is a real kitchen behind the bar — pretzels, crispy wings, tostones, croquetas, chicken empanadas, burgers and pulled-pork sandwiches, cooked on the premises. It started life as M.I.A. Beer Company and kept the experimental streak that came with it. Come for the beer; stay because the food actually holds up.
