A Collins Avenue coffee bar that opens at six in the morning and does not shut until nine at night, two minutes from the sand. Miami Joe Coffee Co. runs a grab-and-go case alongside the espresso machine: croissants and pastries, bagels, muffins, cookies, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, acai bowls, smoothies and an ice cream case for the walk back to the beach. Regulars single out the iced mocha and the pastry selection, and the baristas get named in reviews as often as the drinks do. Early, easy, and open when you need it.
