MIAMI SLICE – Restaurant
A slice bar on NE Miami Court in downtown Miami with seating you have to be patient for - walk-ins only, no reservations, one order at a time at the takeout line. Doors open at 5pm and run to 11pm, closed Tuesdays, which tells you what kind of night this is. The operation has since spread to a Key Biscayne pop-up and a counter inside the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, but downtown is the original room. Order at the door, pick your slices, find a stool. Simple, and deliberately so.
