The kitchen keeps to classics done properly — hand-stretched 16-inch pies and Sicilian squares, white pizza with ricotta, eggplant parmigiana on the crust and off it, baked clams oreganata, fried arancini, and hero sandwiches heavy with veal or chicken parm.
