The counter carries fresh-cut beef, poultry and fish - chuck patties, chicken burgers, well-marbled rib eyes - while the deli side turns out sandwiches like the Turkey Club and the Fire Popper alongside wings, spicy poppers and roasted potatoes. Shabbat and holiday specials and custom platters set the weekly rhythm, and the catering arm handles everything from a shiva to a full simcha.
