Milk & Honey – Restaurant

A kosher grill and an Israeli market sharing one room on North Coit Road — and, by its own account, Dallas's oldest kosher meat restaurant, kept continuously under Vaad of Dallas supervision. The counter turns out falafel, shawarma, chicken schnitzel, grilled chicken and kabob, with burgers, hot dogs and fries for the less committed, served on pita baked fresh that morning or a kaiser roll. While the order cooks you can shop the grocery behind you: Israeli imports, chocolates, frozen borekas. Portions are big, prices are family-shaped, the room is open and unhurried. Closed Saturdays, naturally.
