MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY PIZZA – Restaurant

Mister O1's Orlando outpost sits on the Restaurant Row stretch of West Sand Lake Road, doing the same thing it does in Miami: artisanal thin-crust pizza from dough proofed 72 hours, ingredients largely imported from Italy, and a room that never quite stops playing fifties rock. The star-shaped pizzas are the calling card, their crust folded into cheese-filled points. Twenty-plus varieties follow, along with a burrata bar, antipasti, calzones and vegan or gluten-free crusts. The Coffee Paola - gorgonzola, honey, coffee, spicy salami - is the house provocation. Regulars come for the dough and stay for the dessert pizza.
