MISTER O1 EXTRAORDINARY PIZZA BOCA – Restaurant

In the Mission Bay plaza on the western edge of Boca Raton, Mister O1 runs the dough three days before it sees the oven and then serves it thin, light and blistered. The house trick is shape: pizzas folded into stars whose points are packed with soft cheese, four of them, Star Luca first among equals. There are twenty-odd pies otherwise, plus calzones, an antipasti and burrata bar, and salads meant for sharing. Cauliflower and gluten-free crusts are on request. Regulars praise the crust and the consistency between visits. Save room - the dessert pizzas are the point.
