Custom smokers turn out pulled pork shoulder, beef brisket, St. Louis spareribs and Kansas City burnt ends, with Nashville hot chicken and shrimp and grits for anyone stepping off the smoke, and homemade banana pudding to close. It runs late on Friday and Saturday, which downtown appreciates. Part of the Mojo group, and unmistakably so. Grand old building, unfussy food, generous plates.
