Motek's Brickell room sits in Brickell City Centre and pulls double duty — laptops and lattes by day, a proper Mediterranean dinner after. The oven pita is the tell: laffa topped Turkish-style with prime beef, red onion and pomegranate tahini, or Lebanese with labneh, za'atar and feta. Dips come out in a wave — babaganoush, muhammara, marmalade of sweet red pepper and pistachio. Mains stretch from chicken schnitzel to lamb shawarma and a braised lamb shank with skordalia.
