At Brickell City Centre, Motek makes a case for the long Mediterranean lunch. Order the classic hummus with s'chug and let the oven pita keep coming; add a warm Caesar of wood-fired cabbage with dates and parmesan, or the crunchy cabbage salad with almonds and mint honey vinaigrette. The grill turns out chicken and lamb kebabs, arayes stuffed with kufta, an eight-ounce wagyu burger with truffle aioli. Za'atar fries on the side, always.
