MOTEK DOWNTOWN – Restaurant
Motek started downtown in 2020, and the NE 1st Street original still sets the tone for everything that followed: yellow, bright, open early, Mediterranean top to bottom. It leans daytime here — breakfast, pastries, a long lunch of hummus and oven pita, salads like beet and arugula with walnut and goat cheese, or the Middle Eastern chopped. Falafel, crispy artichoke, salmon with labneh and masabacha, chicken schnitzel with slaw and harissa aioli. Office workers have made it a habit. Family-owned, quick without feeling rushed, and consistently the easiest good lunch downtown.
