Sweet corn cachapas come off the griddle all day at this Venezuelan kitchen on NW 2nd Avenue, on the edge of Wynwood. The signature is the cachapa tradicional, folded over a thick slab of queso de mano, but the card ranges wider: parrillita venezolana for the table, tequenos, arepas, crisp Venezuelan empanadas and churros to finish. Juices are squeezed to order. Regulars talk about corn that tastes genuinely fresh rather than sugary, and about an owner who treats first-timers like returning ones. Not the cheapest plate in the neighbourhood, and nobody seems to mind.
