Argentine beef, cooked to order, from a small counter on NE 79th Street in Miami. Mr Chory built its following on a chorizo smash burger and a properly seasoned milanesa sandwich, with fries crisp enough to order on their own - all of it made from scratch. Saturdays bring the asado: cuts off the parrilla, chorizos and meat empanadas that people come back for. The owners work the room themselves, which is most of the charm. Weekday service is a daytime affair, ending at six. Come hungry, and come early on a Saturday.
