Mr. Shiloh's – Restaurant
A kosher steakhouse on West Pico that plays it seriously: wet-aged beef, a full sushi bar, and a wine list that goes deep on Napa and Israel. The cuts run from a petit filet to a 42-ounce tomahawk, with a peppercorn-crusted steak au poivre and a well-marbled calotte in between. Start with beef carpaccio, ahi tuna ceviche, the signature tart flambée, or maple lamb bacon — smoked lamb belly under bourbon maple. Rainbow sashimi and mango habanero maki cover the raw side. Fingerling potatoes with rosemary and thyme on the side. Polished, generous, and unmistakably a special-occasion room.
