NAKED TACO – Restaurant
Naked Taco has held down 1111 Collins Avenue, inside the Dream South Beach, by being loud, tropical and genuinely good at the thing it sells. Fire-grilled birria tacos come with queso chihuahua, cilantro and a rich consomme; the world famous tuna nachos and the lobster tacos with corn and lime crema are the two orders that keep repeating; the Holy Moly guac arrives with warm chips made to order. Breakfast runs from half seven - birria hash, chicken and waffles, bottomless mimosas - and HIGHBAR sits on the roof above. Vacation mode, permanently on.
