Nami Nori made its name on the open-style hand roll, and the Design District room on NE 41st serves them exactly as intended: nori laid flat, warm rice, one clean idea on top. Work the temaki counter through tuna poke with crispy shallots, X.O. scallop with tobiko and lemon, coconut shrimp in green curry and lime, salmon serrano with myoga. From the kitchen, cucumber tataki, furikake fries and koji white barbecue fried chicken. The entire food menu is gluten free. Sets take the guesswork out. Open from noon, daily.
