Nana's Kitchen on North Narberth Avenue cooks from Argentinean roots under kosher supervision, and the empanadas are the thing to lead with. They are hand-built and sold raw, oven-baked or fried, filled with everything from the traditional Argentine mix of beef, hard-boiled egg, onion and green olive to spinach and ricotta, mushroom and potato, or humita made with cream of corn.
