NANDO GRILL – Restaurant
Nando Grill's Doral room on NW 70th Street is built around one idea: carne en vara, beef staked out and slow-roasted over wood the way the Venezuelan llanos have always done it. The smoke does most of the seasoning. Around it sits a proper steakhouse card of hand-cut USDA beef grilled over open flame, seafood and a long list of sides, and on Fridays through Sundays there is live music to eat it to. Dinner runs late all week, noon onward at weekends. Come hungry.
