NATHANS – American
The name has been on hot dogs since 1916, when Nathan Handwerker opened a Coney Island stand with a borrowed three hundred dollars and his wife's spice recipe. The Orlando counter keeps that lineage plain: all-beef frankfurters with the snap the brand was built on, crinkle-cut fries, cheese fries and chili cheese dogs, plus a signature burger, wings and beer-battered onion rings for larger appetites. Service is fast and counter-style, prices sit low, and nobody is pretending this is dinner theatre. Familiar in the best sense.
