Counter service, an open build line and a blender going flat out - Nature's Table's Orlando shops make the healthy weekday lunch feel effortless. The Mediterranean chicken wrap and the Baja Turkey Jack carry the sandwich board; the Fandangled salad and the signature pasta salad hold the cold end; vegetarian chili and a rotating daily soup do the rest. Smoothies are juice, yoghurt and actual fruit, and the traditional acai bowl comes under berries, granola and coconut. Portions are fair, service is quick, and the regulars are on first-name terms.
