On Main Street in Weston Town Center, with a patio that fills early and a DJ who turns the evening up a notch. Same Argentine-Italian playbook as its Miami siblings: gourmet empanadas, provoleta on fire, calamari fritti, short rib ravioli, a lomito sandwich, teriyaki salmon, truffle home fries. Sushi shares the menu with pasta, and the cheeseburger has more of a following than you would expect. Cocktails carry the room, the classic and original negronis being the reason for the name, and the dulce de leche lava cake is the standard finish. Loud, generous, better outside.
