A Vietnamese specialty coffee bar on the Bedford Highway in Halifax, where the house method is the traditional phin — dripped table-side, cup by cup, and served over ice or straight. The board runs through cà phê sữa, bạc xỉu and a salted coffee alongside a full espresso list, plus matcha, London fog and jasmine, green and oolong teas. The room is bright and unhurried, built for lingering rather than queueing. A calm, well-made cup with a genuine Vietnamese accent, and a kitchen serving food alongside.
