NICKS TO GO – Restaurant

An early-doors counter on Okeechobee Boulevard that opens at six and is finished by two — built entirely around people on their way somewhere. Nicks To Go takes its coffee seriously (cortado, cold brew, a caramel-topped steamed cold brew they call the Sweety) and builds the food around bagel sandwiches, croissant melts and oversized flour-tortilla wraps: turkey with bacon and avo smash, chicken salad with romaine and Caesar, albacore tuna with a balsamic drizzle. Breakfast runs all day. Smoothies come thick, with peanut butter or protein on request. Fast, fresh, gone before the traffic builds.
