A kosher Mediterranean room on North Miami Avenue, just north of the Design District, Noah's Meditterano opened in spring 2026 as the sister restaurant to the Shah's Kebab House operation and arrived already busy. The kitchen leans on the grill: chicken that gets singled out constantly, whole branzino cooked clean through, plus shirazi salad and baba ghanoush to build a table around. Early diners describe hospitality that goes past the usual - the sort of welcome that turns a drop-in into a full order. Confident, warm, and worth the trip north of downtown.
