A West Indiantown Road bistro running two kitchens at once: a Thai line and a sushi bar, both taken seriously. Pad thai comes with real chew to the noodles and sauce enough to matter, drunken noodles and pad see ew hold their own, and the raw side turns out salmon sashimi and vegetable rolls alongside gyoza, fried tofu, crispy veggie spring rolls and a ginger salad. The dining room is comfortable rather than current. What diners keep returning for is the freshness of the fish, fair pricing and an owner who works the floor.
