Noribar – Restaurant

Noribar is a Brooklyn kosher sushi operation with two rooms working the same formula: fast turnover, fresh fish, and a menu that runs from straightforward California and avocado rolls to spider rolls, dancing eel, tempura dragon and spicy kani crunch, plus poke bowls, edamame, crispy dumplings and a grilled salmon kani salad. Brown rice is an option, and there are enough vegetable rolls to feed a table that does not eat fish. Regulars order for delivery as often as they sit down, and it arrives quickly. Reliable, unfussy, kosher throughout.
