On West Sand Lake Road in Orlando's Restaurant Row, North Italia rolls its pasta daily and keeps the kitchen open to the room. The Bolognese with pappardelle is the house specialty; ricotta cavatelli with lump crab and tiger shrimp and the crushed meatball ragu on bucatini hold their own beside it. Pizzas include a cacio e pepe with pecorino fonduta and cracked black pepper. Small plates - grilled artichoke, Italian meatballs over creamy polenta - are built for the table.
