NSB YU-MI – Restaurant

A small sushi room on East 3rd Avenue, a couple of blocks back from the New Smyrna Beach sand, hung with paper lanterns and run by chefs who talk you through the case. The rolls are the draw — the house Yu-Mi, the NSB and Salvador rolls, spicy tuna, a kimchi crunch — alongside sashimi platters, gyoza and edamame for the table. Diners consistently mention how fresh the fish tastes and how generous the boats and combos are, though the dining room is tight and fills quickly. Dinner only, and worth the wait for a seat.
