A South Beach corner deli a couple of blocks off Collins, and the sort of place the neighbourhood keeps to itself. Boar's Head meats go into subs built to order at the counter, hot and cold, alongside a Cuban that people cross town for; there is a hot bar with roast pork, salads, hot dogs and scratch pizza, and a freezer of tropical ice pops in tamarind, guava and coconut. Construction crews queue at noon for made-to-order lunch boxes. Open early, open late.
