Tucked toward the back of a downtown Miami building on East Flagler Street, Olgui's is the sort of small cafe that regulars guard. Mornings run on cafe con leche and empanadas - the chicken and beef are the ones people order twice - with Cuban sandwiches and lunch plates the rest of the day. There is seating inside and a little out. Prices stay reasonable and the welcome is the point: people leave in a better mood than they arrived. Open early, closed Sundays.
