ONE STOP DUMPLING – Restaurant

Handmade dumplings on West Colonial Drive, and the doughs give the game away: tinted with squash, pumpkin, purple yam, butterfly pea and squid ink rather than food colouring. Around them sits a full Chinese and dim sum menu - soup dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, beef scallion pancake, braised beef noodle soup, Peking duck, steamed grouper. Diners keep mentioning how fast the food lands and how attentive the floor is. The room is small, clean and quiet enough to talk in, with QR menus at the table. Wrappers made in house.
