ONE THIRD ASIAN HOUSE – Restaurant
Jack and Nancy have run this small pan-Asian house off Everest Lane in St Johns since 2016, and hospitality is the point as much as the cooking. Sushi is the draw — special rolls, sashimi, chef's boats — but the kitchen also turns out hibachi dinners, teriyaki, tempura and katsu, pad thai and lo mein, General Tso's and kung pao. What sets it apart is a full, separately priced gluten-free menu and a genuine allergy protocol: tickets are marked, prep surfaces and utensils kept clean, safe choices pointed out. Newcomers get guided rather than rushed.
